Snake Or Mouse is a website and subscription-based social network designed to deliver a few smiles while also scoring a few small points about present-day politics, posturing, polarization and media, while giving its community s a chance to share their own thoughts on current electoral events. But it's all meant in good, respectful fun, and we hope everyone who joins up and engages with their fellow followers keeps that in mind.

• Q. Does my vote really count towards freeing the mouse of feeding the snake the site?

  A. You bet you arse it does. If you're casting a daily vote, you should see it register on the main counter the second it is cast. If you're purchasing items from the store, they will be added within 24 hours. Advertising votes (ie SuperPacs) are tallied as soon as your check clears). We count everything and every vote counts!

  A2. Heck yeah, take a look at the counter, it is keeping track of the votes in real time that you are in control of.
